Granting another person access to your account is not permitted, nor is transferring or selling your account. Any suspicious activity detected on an account must be reported to the kb66 support team immediately.
Users bear full responsibility for all activity that takes place on their account. If unauthorized third-party access results in a loss, kb66 will not be liable where the user has failed to comply with the applicable terms. kb66 may request government-issued ID or other documentation from users for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended. To maintain security, kb66 may instruct users to change their password at any time.
While using the kb66 platform, users are expected to conduct themselves honestly, fairly, and in accordance with the law at all times. Fraud, manipulation, use of bots, operating multiple accounts, and any other form of deceptive activity are strictly prohibited. Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account will be treated as a punishable offense. If a user discovers such an error, they are required to report it to kb66 immediately. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of kb66's software, content, or data is not permitted. Scraping or using automated tools to collect competitive intelligence is also prohibited. kb66 reserves the right to seek compensation for any breach of these restrictions.
All financial transactions on kb66 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Approved mobile banking methods such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed on the platform and are subject to change. Deposited funds are typically credited to the account within a few minutes, though delays may occur due to technical issues. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification has been completed.
Specific wagering requirements must be met before any bonus or promotional funds can be withdrawn; these will be communicated separately. If any transaction appears suspicious, kb66 may place it on hold for review. In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, records of large transactions may be retained and disclosed to the relevant authorities when required. Kb66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account, particularly in cases of terms violations. kb66 will generally notify the user before closing an account; however, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice. Upon account closure, any legitimately earned balance will be returned through the designated process, though this does not apply in cases of fraud. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be deactivated automatically. Users may also request account closure at any time.
Kb66 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a platform announcement or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Any disputes will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
